Julli Jets Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Julli Jets (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any private jet charter services arranged through us.
By submitting a booking request or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Julli Jets acts as a charter broker, arranging private air travel through licensed aircraft operators.
We do not own or operate aircraft and are not a direct air carrier.
All flights are operated by third-party air carriers who hold valid Air Operator Certificates (AOCs).

3. Quotes and Bookings

  • All charter quotes are provided based on aircraft availability and market conditions at the time of enquiry.

  • Prices are subject to change until confirmed in writing.

  • A booking is considered confirmed once the client accepts a written quote and full or partial payment is received.

  • Julli Jets reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be clearly stated in your quote or invoice.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other approved methods.

  • Flights are not confirmed until payment is received and cleared.

  • Any additional services (ground transport, catering, etc.) must be paid in advance or as agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation terms vary depending on the aircraft operator and will be specified in your charter agreement.

  • In most cases, cancellation fees apply once the flight has been confirmed.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the operator’s terms.

6. Changes to Itinerary

  • Any changes to itinerary (dates, destinations, passenger numbers, etc.) are subject to operator approval and may result in additional charges.

  • Julli Jets will assist in coordinating any requested modifications where possible.

7. Liability

  • Julli Jets acts solely as an intermediary between clients and licensed operators.

  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or operational issues caused by the operator, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Julli Jets for the affected charter service.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate passenger details and travel documents

  • Arriving on time for departure

  • Complying with customs, immigration, and operator safety requirements

Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without refund.

9. Conduct Onboard

Operators reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a manner that endangers the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of others on board.
Any damages caused by passengers may be billed to the chartering client.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
We process your data lawfully and securely to fulfil your flight arrangements and service requests.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update or amend these Terms periodically.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
